How does the Roadmap Workshop work?
After the initial assessment, we conduct a half-day workshop with your key stakeholders (CISO, Cloud Lead, Platform Engineering). We review the gaps, prioritize risks based on business impact, and define a step-by-step plan to reach your target maturity level. You leave with a concrete, actionable roadmap.
Can I use the tool without advisory?
Yes. The "Governance Scan" plan gives you full self-service access to the assessment platform. However, for complex regulatory requirements like NIS2 or DORA, we recommend the "Framework" package to ensure proper interpretation and prioritization.
Do you replace our CSPM (Wiz, Prisma, Defender)?
No. Cloud-Grade complements your CSPM. CSPM tools check technical resources — we check the organizational system behind them. Think of it this way: CSPM tells you a port is open. Cloud-Grade ensures someone is accountable for closing it, and that a process exists to prevent it from reopening.
How long does the assessment take?
The self-service Governance Scan typically takes 2–3 hours to complete. The interview-led assessment (Framework & Partner tiers) spans 1–2 weeks, including stakeholder interviews and analysis. You'll have your Governance Index and gap report within days of completion.
